This website has grown out of my ‘The Art of Baking’ column in the Norfolk Magazine.  Now all the quick and easy recipes published in the magazine are available on this blog – along with lots of  extra cake and pudding recipes not published in the magazine.

You’ll also find loads of savoury recipes bursting with vegetables, pulses and lots and lots of flavour. 

I love to eat home cooked food but, like most people, I don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen.  That’s why all my recipes are super quick and easy, always work and, of course, taste absolutely delicious.
